What services do you offer?
I offer a variety of services tailored to meet individual needs, including integrative psychotherapy, counselling, clinical supervision, and coaching.
My therapeutic approach integrates self-psychology, object relations, Gestalt, and developmental theories. I also offer coaching for individuals focused on goal-setting using the GROW model—ideal for those seeking structured support for personal or professional growth.
What is the GROW model in coaching?
The GROW model is a practical, goal-oriented coaching approach where I help clients set specific objectives and work towards them. The model stands for:
Goal: What you want to achieve
Reality: Your current situation
Options: Possible strategies
Will: Your commitment to action.
This flexible model works well for clients who are looking for focused guidance on achieving goals without delving deeply into therapeutic work.
Who can benefit from psychotherapy and counselling?
Therapy can help you address a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and mood disorders. Whether you’re looking for relief from distress or working on personal growth, we will collaborate on a treatment plan that supports your individual journey toward healing and growth.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes – before you book your first therapy session, we’ll have a 30-minute consultation, either via phone or video call. This gives us both the chance to get to know each other a little. You can ask any questions you may have and then feel confident that I am the right therapist for you before booking.
How do you approach clinical supervision?
I provide clinical supervision for therapists, counsellors, coaches, and other helping professionals. Using both the developmental and Seven-Eyed Models of Supervision, I help supervisees explore their work and enhance their professional skills. Supervision is a space for reflection, ethical guidance, and ensuring high standards of care, ultimately fostering your professional and personal growth.
How long is a session?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. However, depending on your needs, we can adjust the length of sessions, especially in the case of intensive work or supervision.
How do I book a session?
You can easily book a session by contacting me via phone or email, or by filling out the booking form on my website. I’ll get back to you promptly to arrange a suitable time.
What is your experience and training?
I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with over 10 years of experience supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, and life challenges.
I am also a UKCP Trainee Member and currently pursuing a Clinical Supervision Diploma at The Scarborough Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Institute.
My diverse experience, including leadership roles in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), supports my work in creating a safe, supportive space for clients and supervisees.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, I offer both online therapy and supervision via secure video conferencing, making it easier for you to access support from the comfort of your home or office.
Is everything discussed in therapy or supervision confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is paramount in my practice. All conversations are private, except in rare cases where there’s a legal obligation to disclose information (e.g., to prevent harm to yourself or others).
How much do you charge for therapy, coaching, and supervision?
Fees vary depending on the service (therapy, coaching, supervision). Please reach out to discuss my fee structure, and I will be happy to provide more details based on your needs.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
